Why is that ther was a ';gleam of triumph'; in Dumbledores eyes when Harry told him Voldemor

Dumbledore knew that, Lily's protection for Harry against Voldemort, was in his (Harry's) blood. So he realized that Voldemort essentially took that protection into his veins, so that if he were to try to kill Harry again Harry would survive, because what was flowing in his veins would work as a tether to bind Harry to the world of the living.

He knew that his theories about the connection between Voldemort and Harry were more likely to be true now. Dumbledore always had a theory that Harry and Voldemort were very closely connected. The sixth book reveals the prophecy of how Dumbledore made the connection.

Dumbledore knew that when Voldemort took Harry's blood, he was taking Lily's protection into him and so while Voldemort lives, Harry can't die because Lily's protection lives on in Voldy

Harry cannot die while Voldemort lives cuz of his blood being inside him. The same is true for Voldemort. That is, until the small portion of Voldemort's soul in Harry was removed when Harry ''died''.
